As a family business started by Kevin & Helen O’Neil in 1972; Peninsula Pest Management have been in the business for over forty years. We are a fully insured and PestCert Accredited Business and licensed by the Department of Human Services.

The O’Neil’s are passionate about small business. Local enterprises retain money in the local community and create jobs. When you support local businesses like ours you keep your money here. Based on research, we know that for every $100 spent in local business, $68 is likely to stay in the community, compared to $43 when spent in a national business. All Peninsula Pest Management inspectors hold a pest control licence issued by the State Government and have graduated with tertiary qualifications from a recognised TAFE course and/or through Australia’s #1 insurance & training provider – Rapid Solutions PTY LTD.

Dale O’Neil is the Technical Manager with 12 years as a licensed Pest Controller. Dale manages all the technicians and is #1 in the office when it comes to handling termite infestations and other pests. Dale holds a Certificate III in Asset Maintenance (Pest Management – Technical), Units 1, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10 and 18.

Ms Jaime O’Neil Senior Technician, Pre-Construction Estimator & Office Manager. Jaime has 14 years’ experience with Peninsula Pest Management in all aspects of the business. She has extensive knowledge with pre-construction options, requirements and is handy at getting herself around builder’s plans. Jaime holds Certificate III in Asset Maintenance (Pest Management – Technical), Units 5, 6, 8, 10 and 18.

Phil Russell Senior Technician. Licensed Pest Controller for 13 years. He has an extensive understanding of termites and all aspects of pest control. He is very passionate about the work he does and often takes it ‘home’ with him. If there is a confined space to get into – Phil is our man! Phil has achieved but not limited to; Certificate III in Asset Maintenance (Pest Management – Technical), Units 5, 6, 8, 10 and 18

Michael Morgan is our newest member to the team. He has completed and obtained his Pest Management License. Michael has been with Peninsula Pest Management coming up to 3 years. He is reliable, honest and will get the job done.  He is accurate with his work and attention to detail especially when required. Michael (Mick) receives excellent customer feedback. Mick has achieved but not limited to; Certificate III in Asset Maintenance (Pest Management – Technical), Units 5, 6, and 18
